Online-to-Offline ("O2O") Commerce

Online-to-offline commerce is our business strategy that attracts potential customers from online channels to make purchases in our product experience centres or physical stores.

Online-to-offline commerce (O2O) recognises consumers online through website streams and customers then have the choice to purchase either online or offline via our resellers or our own sales channels.

"Online” presences are on:
a. our group’s official e-commerce portal at http://www.gamfook.com;
b. on social media i.e. Wechat and Weibo
c. on major e-commerce portal at Tmall.com and JD.com

“Offline” presences are mainly our two product experience stores, in Shenzhen and Shishi respectively, together with jewellery stores owned and operated by our authorised resellers in shopping malls.
